1. Antitumor effect
Dry the raspberry water extract and dissolve it in tumor cell culture medium (DMEM) to obtain raspberry pulp of different concentrations. MTT assay and morphological detection were used to investigate the inhibitory effect of raspberry pulp on the proliferation of human primary liver cancer. The results showed that raspberry pulp at various concentrations had inhibitory effects on the proliferation of human primary liver cancer cells, showing a dependence on drug concentration and duration of action. Raspberry water extract also has an inhibitory effect on matrix metalloproteinase (MM-13), and its inhibitory effect is significantly proportional to concentration.
2. Hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering effects
